Grant has 35 years of practical field ecology experience and has worked throughout New Zealand from Northland to Stewart Island. He has intimate knowledge of the challenges that field equipment must survive to continue working effectively and his research experience allows technology development to be guided by real world test results.

If you can think of it, Shane can build it. With over 45 years of toolmaking experience Shane has worked in many different areas of product engineering including extrusions, fabrications, castings, pneumatics and manufacturing. He has worked on projects ranging in size from gigantic to tiny and is now turning his extensive engineering skills to plastics and product development.
